It is not out of HAV's control. The time the PFS becomes public (looks like late Q2) is a subject of negotiation. It is also better to have the home-turf advantage in negotiations. But it is nice of you to stick up for HAVmanagementt while your shares fall back towards 17 cents. Meanwhile, I sold most of mine at a tidy profit.
