I am a huge fan of management doing a great job 5 stars.
That said, referencing public holidays re delay in PFS was lame and rubbish.
Were the holidays a surprise to management?
Would have preferred that public hols were not referenced at all.
Small thing but lame
No reason at all - it's a known
Management, don't make dumb excuses it goes to your credibility.
Far better to have simply announced the delay without the BS
