No I dont think it will have an impact on PGC I would think the hospital stuff is already bought and delivered - The building might be behind but as I understand it the equipment is all here done and dusted.
I recently visited the new PGC head Office for business reasons and I was very impressed - neat, tidy friendly yet professional. All in all it impressed me. Not flash nor was it frugal.
