    Less than 30 days left for the DFS to be released. Unless they want to release it during Christmas.

    whats your thoughts?

    For a tiny $40million capex it shouldn't be that hard to finance it. 

    imo Corey will trade one of the non core asset to raise $$$. Which one should he sell? Munni ?
