I particularly likedthe sneering tone in Para 72 about “a smallclaims tribunal”. Well it’s true that I have only 1m shares and I think the othercomplainants (except for TIC) had amounts of that size or even more piddling. Isuppose if you are worth $1.5B and your wife is worth $4B you may feel that $1mis “a small claim”. To be fair to RGthis arrogance was probably drafted not by him but by a lawyer earning at least$1m per annum, trying hard to please him. It’s sad that RG despises his fellowshareholders so much: the feeling is now becoming mutual, although we do respecthis ability.

Whether the decisionsof directors were “legitimate” is a hotly disputed point.
