Yes the most important thing to me anyway is the price. If he cant CA my shares that's a big sigh of relief although still waiting for confirmation that he hasn't yet reached 90%. Also knowing that he he raises the bid again in the future that he needs more than 90% over all is another big relief.
Interesting to see that someone with very random small number of shares appears to be manipulating the share prices over the last day or so. But the main thing to remember that ONLY a small number of shares are trading at these values.
I think as highlighted by Richard is the importance of patience in this situation. This is probably the biggest strength a shareholder needs at this time. Even if the company is de-listed you still own it, and we all know its worth a lot more. Hopefully in a few hours we will get something positive released to the market.
