Let’s see what the full year August report brings, if it’s an improvement on the previous report then we will be sitting pretty. If a new offer is submitted at some stage down the track it will be submitted only after a new independent valuation which will surely be at a premium to the previous one and add that to interest rates coming off will also add weight to a higher valuation.
Can anyone confirm if now that the offer has lapsed the IBC (what a joke) will now be dissolved and the board will revert to being as a normal listed company board?
