Hi Richard, the way I read it is that, The answer of yes or no to his bid could be answered anytime up to 5 pm by tomorrow right? because of paragraph a) doesn't stimulate the time itself. So, let us say RG has a substantial holding movement, (whatever it might be)(and let us hope not), we actually won't know until the close of business date tomorrow. Now let us say sp right now is at somewhere between 78 cents and 81 cents, by tomorrow if he reaches 90% then those who buy in today will make extra money according to his 84 cents final bid.

Although, if he doesn't make it (most likely) those that sell out right now is betting on unspecified logic or non-specified announcement, and which I think IF RG is unable to make it to CA, Pact holders would not have to surrender to his bid price and (for me) could decide the price I wanted to sell out at good and better market condition date later on.

I think this is kinda of intentionally (although not illegal) because with his previous 3Y notices, he posted it on last Wednesday and again on Friday (still within 5 business dates) but everyone knows Friday is the COB date.

In my opinion, because of how I think of the above section, frankly, I still think 84 cents is what it should be right now (no lower) until the close of business date tomorrow to see if any substantial changing notice is flying around.

I think you are right by about him getting us hanging a few days, and could be longer with the 3Y notices, but all I am saying is that I shouldn't think ahead of myself until 5pm tomorrow or so.
