Do the math, he Sold to a public Listing made a significant amount of cash and is buying back at a significant amount of discount.

None of the takeover costs can be born by PGH.

As I have said before he will let the offer run out, as he has done.

The SP will drop, as it has done.

He will let it sit to clear the air for a few months.

Once that has passed he will slowing accumulate on market at below the $0.84 unless someone starts to sweep up any shares being sold on market.

He only needs to accumulate less than 1.3% and the creep provision allows for 3% per every six months.

Unless the TIC founders can get >10% he doesn't need to negotiate with them and knowing Ruffy he will not.

Also, don't underestimate the cost to the TIC founders of investing such a large sum of money in PACT with no return and no ability to exit other than to Ruffy! This could be a classic Mexican stand off!

but you say when sp will drop, I don't understand your intentions here? care to explain yourself? I remembered back then you said something about david vs goliath and you think RG will win the takeover bid.

Forgive me, but you came back when everyone almost certain the bid fails (just waiting to be confirmed). Now you said sp will fall.

Can you explain to us your intentions? Because I don't understand?
