    If their were any better options I am sure they would not have agreed to this deal. They have been trying to re-finance for 2 years now. I know at least  2 other deals have failed to get to the finish line. It is very important to get this re-finance done. For the last 3 years Brian has continually avoided promised(to the bank) share issues. He would not dillute unless it is the only alternative left
