    re: new ceo I guess the new CEO will have to “present himself” and his direction for the company.

    One of his first tasks could be hiring a COO – if that position, posted on Progen’s web-site, was not just a smoke screen for a new CEO.

    Time for the company to apply some good corporate governance and let the executive chairman become non-executive and let the CEO/COO run the daily business affairs.
