The resource is already has JORC and a PFS. No need for an exploration licence, they need a mining licence now. They are even still maintaining their site there. The thing has been sitting there ready to go since basically the GFC!!
IMO What they should do is spin it off into a separate body, give the current shareholders a stake and run an IPO. The thing is literally worth Billions, any price they get for it would be a disappointment. Many of the old boys are only in Platina for Skaergaard, they should get a chance to see the opportunity that bought their loyalty finally recognised.
