Scott Morrison agrees with you ... on Fox this morning he said that all company boards , not just bank boards should be held accountable for their actions and noted that this included loss of share value as a parameter. Damning and a wake up call to all companies .
Todays APRA report (page 58) was quoted in relation the above including recommendations for penalties
for the offending directors. About bloody time for serious scrutiny in all corporate sectors, including the ASX listed Junior Resources sector boards.
