There is a boom coming. Why would you wait 10 years having completed drill programs etc just to give it away for 60 mill. What is the total capex for CLQ? How much more likely is their project to go ahead after this latest development?
These are the questions.
What one should not worry about is whether one stands to make 200% or 2000%. If its 200% it will be soonish and you can move on. 2000% will take multiple developments.
Kick back and wait for a J.V and associated funding. A deal like KDR over the suite of projects. And dont sell for 50 cents this time.
