They are cheap below 5c however they are unlikely to significantly re-rate until they announce the contract for processing the ore. Not much point mining if you don't have a mill that can process the ore at a price that makes it economical to dig it out of the ground. If the announcement isn't soon they won't be mining before the end of the year as they don't have the cashflow to sit on a pile of dirt for 3-6 months while they negotiate a milling contract.
