i hope this goes to 10 to 5 cents.
i was one of the lucky ones who spotted sfh when it was around there and bought in.
the problem with this one is they have cap exp but dont have a lot of cash flows. sfh had cash flows and that exceeded its cap exp, and ofocurse city chic, which was kind of hidden. if their cash flows lifted beyond cap exp and it went to say 10 cents, then this is a great buy. but u need to be careful buying in at a low price if cash flow does not exceed cap exp. with a 7 to 9 mill ebitda its harder n quite different to sfh. but at 5 to 10 cents good buy if it can improve
