have to admire you two die hard LT PGR supporters ..pCap squeezing out hope from the budget,no less, to support spending (not that it doesn't have some merit but pCap, better if PGR management invest in a bunch cPap (Continous Positiove Airway Pressure) machines. Management decisions appear symtptomatic of sleep deprivation.
