    MC $21m. PGR is a steal at that price. Coliseum will be buying quietly, say, 1 in 3 trades, to see if it will go lower still.

    Even if PGR is just breaking even, it remains a valuable asset with no debt. Coliseum would be pleased their takeover offer at 63c two years ago failed. They could probably get it for 20c at the moment.
