Even flat trading will deliver reasonable earnings and allow PGR to resume paying a dividend, which would do wonders for the share price. I think you a little ambitious looking to 2cps. And it is likely too early for the full impact of new contracts.
A lot of water will pass under the bridge before PAS' H1 announcement ~22 Feb 2019.
