    Well, Progen's BOD made such rush moves was triggered by the EGM requisition from PSG. Do not be confused by the consequences. WIll the leader of the PSG, Mr. Bob Moses, risks his reputation? Bob was the VP of CSL Ltd, Chairman of Amrad Ltd (taken over by CSL).
