Yes the board approval could be formality but the Samsung BoD may meet quarterly. NOPTA feels close too but it doesn’t change the feed dependency. That hasn’t started and it’s four months. Worth considering especially as they only have $1.6m at end Sep.
I’m not taking the position that this won’t go ahead. Just that it’s going to take a while and will absolutely require immediate cash.
