This is just typical of of PGY and the board. Market expects a news release so share price runs, the board doesn't release anything so share price retreats. So much overhead is created in these runs that no meaningful growth is ever achieved over a long enough period so they end up raising at the lowest points. This board need a lesson on how markets work. The overhead supply here is going to be immense now unless it was only a few whales loading this all the way to 3.3
