My thinking to Lad. Why on earth wouldn't MM want this deal to be finalised ? This is the bargain of the century (pun intended !) at the expensive of the ZFX & OXR & OZL shareholders who have been sucker punched since the merger. The lousy banks want pull finance....why ? They lose control of the deal...MM have offered a;loan to tide OZL over in the interim......you can bet your boots that there will be a calss action on behalf of shareholders to chase their share of the pie and would have a graet case too...this will delay the lousy banks their blood money and imagine the cost of fighting the case not to mention normal admin on receivership....need I go on ? not a snow flake's chance in hell that this won't happen !!!
