The ICAC legislation requires that complaints to the ICAC should be made confidentially and be kept confidential. A misleading or mischievous complaint to the ICAC can be subject to criminal prosecution.
Now I wonder who that could apply to?
By the way, there is also a Joint Committee of Parliament for the oversight of the ICAC, making it another forum for later complaint regarding the Minister's public launching of his ICAC complaint against Metgasco
