Good observation.
Correct me if I am wrong but I still have not seen a binding agreement between PH2 and anybody to provide them with technology to actually produce hydrogen.
They did have a non binding term sheet with Synergen but that deal fell over.
In the meantime Synergen signed a binding deal with Tlou Energy to use their technology to produce hydrogen.
It does seem a little strange that given Tlou's Botswanan acreage is directly next to the PH2 acreage a joint deal was not done.
Hopefully PH2 sign a deal soon to get back in the game.
