- Pure Hydrogen sign JVA with Liberty Hydrogen (a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of Liberty Energy Capital) to form Pure Hydrogen International to develop 4 large scale Hydrogen Plants across Australia with Pure Hydrogen Corp to retain 60% ownership of each facility.
- Pure Hydrogen International sign JV with Port Anthony Renewables to construct a plant at Port Anthony (the first of the four previously mentioned).
- Patriot Hydrogen (a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of Liberty Energy Capital) signs a separate JV with Port Anthony Renewables to construct yet another Hydrogen Plant at Port Anthony.
- Liberty Energy Capital invest in a pre IPO of Verdant Earth Technologies to convert its existing Redbank coal power station to biomass and produce Hydrogen and electricity for domestic use by the end of 2021
- Liberty Energy Capital appear to be investing in as yet undisclosed projects with Infinite Blue Energy.
In conclusion Liberty Energy Capital are investing a great deal to position themselves as Kingmakers in the Hydrogen sector and clearly believe Pure Hydrogen Corp worthy of being one of them.
