There is however the question of...Why did PH2 send letters out to shareholders with new SRN's that would allow the investors to access their shares (and trade them) on FRIDAY 5/8/2022 when trading in PH2 was set to recommence on MONDAY 8/8/2022? To send those letters out just prior to a weekend knowing full well that most shareholders would not receive the letter before trading on Monday & would not have access to their shares was ill-conceived & irresponsible. Some PH2 shareholders have noted on HC that they did not receive the letter until 4 to 5 days after trading recommenced. During that time those folk could not trade their shares & the share price rocketed. PH2 is wholly responsible for the mismanagement of this process, not only because of the above but also because management failed to adequately inform shareholders on how they could regain access to their shares. Additionally, some brokers after receipt of the SRN stipulated that shares would be returned within 2 business days, creating another delay in an individual's ability to trade. This entire process has sickened me. It created an uneven playing field whereby some investors literally lost money while others reaped the benefits. Countless shareholders advised PH2 that there was an issue with accessing their shares & yet the company still continued to trade on the ASX. Management did not initiate a trading halt until the problem was sorted out, despite being made aware of it.

Ohh & just one more thing...the company in its infinite wisdom released 2 price-sensitive announcements to the ASX on 10/8/2022 when only a select few had access to their shares to trade. It added insult to injury as many of us watched this inequity unfold before our disbelieving eyes.
