somewhere there has been some incompetence.

All whoever needed to do is reverse it back PH2DD to PH2.

We shouldn't have to do anything yet we are all now waiting from a Letter from Link Market Services stated that letter was sent out 5th of august.
i have been checking letter box each day still not arrived, surely in this day in age we could have received it electronically.
