Fyi,. I had ph2 with CommSec. On 26/7/22 that holding went from chess to issuer subregister( which means CommSec back to link). Then got letter in mail from link about 5/7/22.
as most of you probably already know, this letter is needed to find out your subregister SRN. However to complicate this debacle the new SRN may be half hidden, shows as ******. In this case you need to ring link,prove who you are and they say they will send out the full SRN(wait and see)
once you get the new SRN you can transfer the holding back to CommSec, only through CommSec, by going thru accounts... Transfer.... Issuer sponsored holdings.....from-share registry ..... To (where it originally came from)....... Then security code required and finally add new SRN.
