    Appendix 3B - AVX announced today that they would enter into a joint venture with software giant “Sausage Software” forming a new consortium. They would then in turn go to the market for a further capital raising to fund a 100% acquisition of Deep Yellow. CEO Julian Chick commented by saying that this strategic alliance further strengthened their commitment to Uranium exploration.
