pharmaceutical companies

I have been with this company now for only about 7 months, not long compared to others. Not knowing much about the workings of pharmaceutical companies and their potential, (usually have only dealt in O&G before this), if someone could possibly explain in layman terms the potential growth of a company like Pharmanet with a product like Thermalife and I have seen mentioned a launch of Red? and Savantac? and Tripeptofen.

And possibly guide me in the direction of learning what Red, Savantac and Tripeptofen are or will be used for as I have never heard of these before this forum.
