    You are right to a point. But if they are forced to go with an underwriting that they dont want, then they simply up the commission rate which hasn't been disclosed yet.

    So CPS pay 0.7c a share and get a 20% kick back. All legit.

    So if for whatever reason the issue price needs to be lowered, I will support them. Not willingly but because their is no alternative.
