Hi All,As a rule, AGM’S are held in the capital city of the state where the company is registered, which for PAA is Perth WA!
None of our directors reside or are located in Melbourne.
We have two in WA, two in NSW and one in the UK.
Of the top 20 PAA shareholders as at 29/9/2023;
7 ARE LOCATED IN WA
6 ARE LOCATED IN NSW
3 ARE LOCATED IN VIC (THAT INCLUDES CITICORP NOMINESS PTY LTD)
2 ARE LOCATED IN QLD
1 IS LOCATED IN SA
1 IS LOCATED IN UK
Why, if as reported by "The Pig", will the next AGM be held in Melbourne?
Can anyone offer any believable reasons?
