You are about right there. I don't think they wanted the oppies converted. Too much dilution. Better for them the get the SP up after 31 October so they can convert the 15c oppies, less SOI thereby increasing the price per share should BP come along with an offer.

For me it's a lost opportunity. Could have put $15 mill in the kitty, then employed a number of extra staff and proceeded with a number of the other trials they have espoused over the last few years. Success there then should have added multiples to SH value far more quickly.

But for now we plod on at snails pace because we run off an oily rag.
