Great points.

The simple fact, the BOD's have chosen Melbourne, to distance themselves or should we say, insulate themselves from the majority of the top 20.

That would tell me they are NOT wanting to deal with shareholders face to face.

This also, would most likely indicate, that the questions they will have to answer face to face, will make them squirm like worms on a hotplate at 100 degrees centigrade.

Now, as we know, they have the opportunity to still hold the AGM in Perth, as it hasn't been announced on the ASX yet.

Lets see if the BOD's, take note and acquire the courage to hold the AGM in Perth, where it should be held?

Having taken shareholders money, ie oppies and lined their own pockets and demonstrated no intention and clearly NO strategy to add value to the company's market cap, it may well be a very uncomfortable AGM, for ALL the directors.

I wonder if they will do questions first before they ask shareholders to vote on the remuneration package?

I'm hearing a lot of NOS!

Time will tell.
