Ok all you dreamers, are you seriously comparing the established animal business of Bayer with PAA... pfftt
Hypothetical...if you were a predator looking at PAA who's shares are 20 cents and Market Cap is currently approx ONLY $60m..
Question for the Board - would you as a "Predator" think to yourself...in order to make a successful takeover bid for PAA we better offer a premium of $10 or $20 per share....
Have a good think about what you dreamers are suggesting... ))
