The beauty of an honest, highly experienced management team, is the understanding that the determination of value comes courtesy of a, or a number of, experienced external biotech valuers. A valuer who, is equally, not affected by the big dreams of Adreamer (I still think you are right, all going well), nor is duped by a lowball offer from predatory Big Pharma trying to “steal” something before it’s value is realised by the general public.

From the shareholders perspective, the beauty of an experienced management team, with real skin in the game, is that when they say “No, we can do better, because this independent valuer has said it’s worth....” the Fabulous 390 who own 90% (Thanks NZT) all listen and act accordingly.
