I think one of Roger's recent video interviews softened the company's commitment to this pathway a little, something along the lines of it being "one way forward" and clinical trials being another. The market hates uncertainty. As I've said before, I cannot understand the need for the Leiden data in the first place - nice to have, but plenty of drugs head into a Phase I with what we already knew from WEHI, 360 Bioloabs, the earlier Phase I cancer trial, and the 'mountain' of information previously provided by Elanco.
