Agreed Gajman. The value of the success of MPL with regard to other human applications (approx 70 identified) is unquantifiable and the covid valuation is with out question limitless given where the world is right now and reliance on drugs that seemingly come a poor second to MPL.
AUD3B may be a tad high but then again it may significantly under value PAA assuming the success of MPL for both canine and human cancer and as an anti viral for covid.
What would Lilly be prepared to pay for an anti viral they could flood the world (including people isolated at home, hospitals and remote third world locations. A marketing and financial bonanza and legacy for all mankind
