An interesting point is that while Amylyx was running up $US381 Million in sales, 43%of patients were discontinuing it's use due to side effects. So $US500 million would probably be closer in the first year.
Also@Densy posted a nice table recently showing the average MC of a bio company Vs sales. 8.3 I think it was.
