Howdy AD, good pick up tks. Interesting that the article picks up on potential for improved quality of life (QOL) aspect of this treatment. Imagine the scenario (God forbid) whereby life is extended but ultimately the patient is overcome by the disease and that final downward curve is quite steep. Believe it is already fair to say indications are that the patients QOL has already been shown to be improved. Consider just 1 aspect where for example the ability to speak and swallow is extended to the final stages. Not sure of others perspective but I for one would be very grateful. If we go back to the dog trial the big plus was the ability to simply feed the dog the pills at home with no tolerability issues - again improved QOL compared with alternatives. Not sure the best way to be presented however personally would like to see a bit more promotion of this aspect in the PAA story.. Perhaps it is already planned for once the ODD application is through the gate.
