In this order of drugs that increase autophagy.
1. An mTOR inhibitor with minimal side effects ala MPL
2. Metformin
3. Valproic acid.

Accelerated approval by the FDA seems probable due to biomarkers that PAA can clarify. But one may have to wait post 24 weeks P2/3 trial.
