Warnings

How is Qalsody administered?
Qalsody is administered intrathecally using a lumbar puncture, this means that it is given as an injection into the spinal canal.
Dosing information
Loading dose:100 mg intrathecally every 14 days for 3 doses
Maintenance dose:100 mg intrathecally every 28 days

My daughter went through a series of lumber punctures every second day and would not wish it on anyone especially when compared to a little white pill with a glass of water.

Unfortunately (for PAA SHs) they have arrived and we are still on the way
