There is in fact a very good chance of a cap raise, in fact the CEO mentions is in most of his interviews. I don't think this is what is driving the price down. It is probably a bit of the results already being baked in and people not willing to wait 12-18 months for the real catalyst. Back into hibernation we go it seems.
