Howdy Jock. As authorities go I find this absolute however "I will keep my sources private" ..... other than to perhaps suggest some say this authority is very sharp, though personally I find at the same time just as dull.
I must admit while not totally accurate (I would have to term it a conditional equity offer) I personally have sympathy with the spin Kpax has put on it - love the segway by the way Kpax - will make for an interesting vote when it comes to pass.
