I have 6 Alpacas , we use Cydectin once a month via injection . This drug is used for 6 months of the year as resistance to the drug can be a concern. The reason it is mainly used is to combat tick venom then as a dewormer.
Active ingredient is Moxidectin 1 ml per adult.
I believe Zolvix can be used on them , but as a tick preventative it is not suitable.
Funny about the CV 19 research, alpacas are stoic camelids who can spit green bile quicker than a Cobra and have lightning like Bruce Lee kicks, but if they are sick they go down quicker than a bag of dung.
