I would personally like to see retail SHs be offered partly paid shares (say 1 share for every 4 you own = 25%) as good will for continuing to believe in the company after the many gripes SHs have mentioned on these threads. Right now, the SP is not moving much which means that we are loyal SHs.

Say they offer partly paid shares at a price of 10 cents, 2 or so cents paid now to take up the offer and the remaining paid anywhere within the next 2-3 years. This allowing us to increase holdings with less risk and some money for the company upfront, SHs will convert the options based on their own strategy/beliefs in the company over the 2-3 years which will give them money over this time.

There is incentive to keep us happy, otherwise we dont take up the options and they dont get money. If the SP is at 50 cents in the next 2-3 years, you would be stupid not to cough up the money to convert your options at 10 cents. They get money, we get money and everyone is happy.
