They already have 90m shares in Escrow for CR ,,Management want to add 25% to the 320m already on market ,,lets call 25% of that 80m,, so PAA would have 170m shares in escrow for CR,,, so I'm in the NO camp,, not with 90m in Escrow already..

I believe the ASX are playing close attention to PAA due to the amount of shares that were on market before the consolidation and now adding more to the kitty ?? Commercial Outcome needs to be explained to the market ,,, 10 years PAA has not commercialised any Treatments.

Every activity including Mortgage Payments, Holidays , Electric Bills, Cars etc etc for Management is from Share Holder Investment , not from Company Commercial returns ,, and now they want performance pay? for what? Options ? for What??

First Poor formulation saw this company in the wilderness for 3 years ,,, Then the Elanco deal went South.... so not until i see a clear commercial plan to turn PAA into a Business and not a Research Institute , i will be voting NO.
We are all investors ,,we expect a return ,,we are not donors or Charities,,, PAA need to recieve a clear message ,,, where are the commercial returns going to be generated from and When??

I am insulted that they also want to reduce SH communications ,,, thats the biggest issue with this company and its wearing thin on many Investors minds,, especially the LTH.. I have spoken with several over the weekend and Managment need a clear message ,,, show us a commercial return ... show some interest in raising the SP,,,Show some concern the SP is stagnant and fallen 50% in a month???

Myself and several other have formulated a list of questions that are pertieanant and if the Questions for the AGM are lollie picked and skirted around , I will be voting with my Mouse,,, click ,, becoming tired of the constant confusion this company promotes..

Trtials have a registered duration so why not publicise the dates of commencement and completion??
