Thx for the link. Feel same way, quite baffling that most price sensitive ann’s over last six or so months have resulted in declining sp. Either they’re trying on the spin or theres other forces at work. I personally believe they believe in what they’ve got and even though it seems to be one step forward two steps back we could be one definitive conclusion away that nails it to the wall and places the evidence beyond doubt.
I know most have lost interest for the weekend, but was hoping someone with knowledge about the possible ramifications of the vote on 7.1 I think, an extra 10% of securities being able to be issued without sh approval. Would that enable the bod to raise more cap, give further incentives or hold more sway over any collaborating or take over deals? Is it a negative thing in terms of potential dillution?
I know theres a bit there, but would appreciate any feedback.
