Like I said, I take it with a grain of salt.
I don't think Morningstar take into consideration anything about the companies. They merely look at the price, the volume of movement during the days, the price range it's going through and it's direction. Then a computer gives an educated guess depending on the direction the price is going.
I don't use it personally in my choice of whether to buy or not. Although it does give me some nice warm feelings when you see it is saying it is undervallued.
